Special head gasket for performance-enhanced TFSI engines. The thicker, coated intermediate plate is integrated into the gasket.

Depending on the engine variant, the new compression ratio ranges from 8.6:1 to 9.2:1. Other thicknesses are available on request.

Available compression ratios

For standard ratios of 10.5:1: 9.95:1, 9.54:1, 9.16:1, 8.82:1 and 8.5:1 at total thicknesses of 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 3.5 mm.

For standard ratios of 10.3:1: 9.77:1, 9.38:1, 9.0:1, 8.68:1 and 8.38:1 at the same thicknesses.

For standard ratio 9.8:1: 9.33:1, 8.97:1, 8.64:1 and 8.34:1 at total thicknesses of 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 mm.
